When life sucks

What do you do? Go shopping? Eat chocolate? I need a comfort activity and I just don't have one. My concert didn't pass. I have to make a recording of better playing now and send it in. I am not sure this is possible. How bad is it if I just fail? Life kinda sucks right now...
